Challenge
Jobmi, a division of CAPFINITY, approached job-search through a scientific matching algorithm arrived at through surveys. The system vision is to proactively “push” jobs to candidates rather than the LinkedIn model of search. They came to us with the technology, but no model for interface that could make the system accessible.
Solution
By segmenting the key steps of the technology, we created a user-interface that both taught users how to best understand their own personal strengths and values as an prospective employee, while also making the technology employed more understandable so users could understand how they were being segmented for prospective employers. Further, we went on to then create a marketing Web site to explain the features of the product and drive adoption.
